Because of the high costs of anodising, Powair set up a tumbling facility to process the machined aluminium components used in their products. The tumbling process gives a "manufactured product" appearance to parts and also helps hide blemishes and scratches caused by manual handling. The complete process only takes a couple of hours.
It's now a popular part of our subcontract services.
